Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies
One of the best things about this paleo chocolate chip cookies recipe is that it doesn’t require a lot of ingredients! and are completely delicious!
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 cups almond flour
- 4 oz dairy free, sugar free paleo dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl place the almond flour and baking soda and mix to combine.
Add the coconut oil, honey, pure vanilla extract, and vinegar. Mix to combine.
Fold in the chopped chocolate.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the batter onto the baking sheet for each cookie.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown. Let cookies cool before removing from the cookie sheet.
They will crumble if you try to remove them before they are cooled. Serve warm and enjoy!
